Finance Senior Manager / Director

About the Role:
An experienced Finance Senior Manager / Director will provide strategic leadership and oversee all financial operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and legal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, offering insights to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to safeguard the financial health and stability of the company.
- Oversee the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Present financial reports and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns, maintaining compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and financial institutions, providing expert financial advice and guidance as required.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a strong understanding of financial management, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of local financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a finance team.
