About the role:
Brand and Communications play a pivotal role in shaping Grant Thornton – Egypt’s identity and engagement, touching all areas of the business. Whether we are developing industry-leading thought leadership, enhancing our firm’s digital presence, or crafting internal and external messaging, our mission is to ensure that all communications align with Grant Thornton – Egypt business strategy and reinforce our market positioning.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Brand Management – Ensure consistent and strategic application of brand guidelines across all communication channels, including digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
- Internal Communications – Drive employee engagement and alignment through multi-channel communication strategies, including intranet updates, leadership messaging, newsletters, and interactive content.
- External Communications – Manage relationships with external vendors, including PR agencies, design firms, and media partners, ensuring quality and alignment with firm standards. Oversee external communication efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and industry events. Serve as the primary contact for media inquiries and external partnerships, ensuring a strong and positive brand presence.
- Digital & Social Media Strategy – Oversee content development for corporate social media, website, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience engagement best practices.
- Thought Leadership & Employer Branding – Collaborate with leadership and HR to craft messaging that supports talent attraction, employee value propositions, and industry eminence.
- Analytics & Performance Measurement – Track communication effectiveness using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy that aligns with the firm’s business goals.
- Oversee the creation, production, and quality control of marketing materials, presentations, reports, and digital assets.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of branding campaigns and corporate storytelling initiatives.
- Support internal clients in developing messaging strategies for proposals, business initiatives, and executive communications.
- Educate and train staff on brand consistency, effective communication tools, and best practices.
- Lead the organization of corporate events, industry forums, and leadership engagement sessions.
- Monitor and measure the impact of communication strategies, leveraging analytics and performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in corporate communications, digital engagement, and content marketing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline required.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience in crafting executive messaging, press releases, and digital content.
- Experience leading internal communication strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and change management communications.
- Expertise in corporate social media strategy, content marketing, and digital branding.
- Strong knowledge of branding, design principles, and corporate identity best practices.
- Experience in visual design tools and CMS platforms preferred.
- Creative, innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
